While filing my taxes this year, i realized I really needed to get my home office more organized. So I finally decided to build a filing cabinet. The case and drawer boxes are made from ash, which was stained black using Rubio Monocoat’s Precolor Easy: Intense Black. And then finished using their Oil Plus 2C: Charcoal. The drawer fronts are made from walnut. And I used Blum undermount drawer slides to install the drawers in the case. I love the combination of black with walnut!
