In this woodworking project, I will show you how to make a table. This will not be an ordinary table. Its design came to me while milling ash with a live edge. We milled this ash with a chainsaw about two years ago (.Logs to Lumber: 200 YEAR OLD TREE. Alaskan Chainsaw Milling) – I’ll leave the link below. Two cracks bisected by the slab pushed me towards the unusual design of this live edge coffee table.
For milling, I use a router sled from the TOT company. This router sled is very easy to use and has a good dust extraction system.
For such cracks on the wood, we use bow tie joints , but not this time.
And I will also show how to cut a circle on bandsaw and many other tips and tricks. Enjoy .
